This Privacy Policy describes how Tyga.Cloud Ltd (company number 14643275), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the SCHOOLS.CENTER platform ("Service"). SCHOOLS.CENTER is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd.

  • Staff and teacher records (employment details, qualifications)

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Communications with our support team

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, features used, and session duration

3. How We Use Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Tyga.Cloud Ltd and its users.

6. Tenant Isolation & Data Segregation

All school data (student records, staff data, academic records) is strictly isolated per school account. Every request is verified against the authenticated user's school context. No school can access another school's data, user accounts, or administrative settings. This isolation is enforced at the middleware level.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Important retention details:

  • School data is retained for the duration of your subscription
  • You may request a data export within 30 days of account termination
  • Account data is deleted within 90 days of termination
  • Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

10. CCPA Rights (California)

  • Right to opt-out — opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data)
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

11. Children's Privacy

SCHOOLS.CENTER processes student data on behalf of educational institutions. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent for students under the age of 16 in accordance with applicable laws. We process children's data only as directed by the school and solely for educational purposes.

12. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Tenant isolation enforced at the middleware level
  • Role-based access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
  • Regular security assessments
  • Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
